Last week was really strange. I really got artistically inspired and I drew up at least 10 sketches and 2 big drawings. Normally I merely do one big picture in two weeks.
My drawings were also lot better than usually, and the hand pic even got in today's favourites list.
I've had a big rise in views for my works too and lot of people have added me to their watch list.
Your pencil drawings are very sweet, you should definitely keep it up! But I see you've only been here a month and have only posted 3 deviations, so don't be surprised you don't have a lot of pageviews yet. Getting people to see your page takes time and effort, and has actually very little to do with how good you are. Even if you're brilliant, people can't see your work if they don't know you exist. So I suggest the following, which worked for me:
- Post more deviations, though not more than 1 a day.
- Visit others' pages and comment on their work. Thoughtful comments are appreciated and the others are more likely to come and see what you can do.
- Post in the forums.
- Participate in contests and dA projects.
- Use the thumbshare forum for a while to get kickstarted.
